Shipping policy
At Tango Alpha, every product is made to order and shipped directly to you with care. Because our items are custom produced through our fulfillment partner, Printful, shipping times can vary depending on your location and order size. This policy outlines how long it typically takes to process and ship orders, how shipping costs are calculated, and what to expect if you are placing an international order.
Order Processing
All products are made to order. Once your order is placed, it enters the production queue. The typical fulfillment time (printing, packaging, and preparing for shipment) is 2 to 7 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Standard Time, or on weekends and federal holidays, will begin processing the next business day. If an order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on which production facility can fulfill them most efficiently.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are not included in the product price. All shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, product weight, and the selected shipping method. We do not offer free shipping at this time. Customers will see the final shipping cost before completing their purchase.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been fulfilled, it will be shipped from the Printful facility closest to your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are as follows: United States: 3 to 4 business days. Canada: 5 to 10 business days. International destinations: 5 to 15 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include the fulfillment period. Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather events, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the order leaves the fulfillment center. If you do not receive a tracking email within 7 days of placing your order, please contact us at tacticallyacquired8@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped outside of the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes once it arrives in the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the purchase price or the shipping charges paid at checkout. Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about possible fees before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
Because each product is custom made, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tacticallyacquired8@gmail.com. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and clear photographs of the product showing the damage or error. In these cases, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. Customers will not need to return the damaged or defective item.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check the tracking number provided. Occasionally, packages may be marked as delivered by the carrier a day or two before they actually arrive. If your order is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, contact us at tacticallyacquired8@gmail.com. We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best resolution.
